A wine of precision from the Côte d’Or, this Givry 1er Cru AOC from Domaine Steinmaier is crafted from estate-grown vines in the region’s elite hillsides, bridging the gap between regional Bourgogne and prestigious village appellations. The wine delivers an elegant and precise profile with flavors of red cherry, wild strawberry, and subtle earthy minerality.
Vinification follows traditional methods: hand-harvested grapes are carefully sorted, fermented with native yeasts, and aged for 12 months in a combination of stainless steel and older oak barrels to preserve purity of fruit and terroir expression. The result is fine-grained tannins and vibrant acidity.
Pair with roasted poultry, mushroom dishes, or soft cheeses, served at 16°C.
