Alsace AOC Pinot Noir Harmonie is produced by Charles Frey in the Alsace region in France. Made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes, carefully selected and grown in the region’s unique climate, this red wine reflects the time-honored winemaking expertise, capturing the essence of its cultural heritage.
It has a vibrant ruby colour with a complex aroma including notes of red fruits, and a hint of spice. On the palate, the wine is smooth with a velvety texture. The finish is long and satisfying, with a pleasant acidity balancing the wine’s fruitiness.
Pinot Noir d’Alsace is a delightful wine with a light body that is a perfect accompaniment to a variety of dishes: it pairs beautifully with Maroilles cheese, which we have chosen as our cheese of the month, creating a harmonious and satisfying taste experience.
It is also an excellent choice for cooked recipes, especially those featuring roasted poultry and grilled meats.
