Manuel Olivier is a micro-négociant in Corgoloin farming the Hautes Côtes’ best slopes. The warm 2022 vintage brought concentration, while no new oak preserves pure Chardonnay. A rival to many Côte de Beaune village wines.
Pair with seared scallops with brown butter, roasted guinea fowl, mushroom and Comté tart, or Époisses cheese. Serve at 10–12°C. A hidden treasure from above the famous slopes.
