This Savoyard domaine is born out of the passion of its founder, Jean-Francois Marechal. In 1989, at only 18, Jean-Francois bought his first vineyard parcels and started to create his own traditional Savoie wines. From the vine to the bottle, everything is handled on-site in respect of traditions and environment.
From a plot on a very sunny hillside, this cuvée is all about finesse. Its golden dress, sometimes slightly effervescent, will not fail to seduce you. On the palate, its mineral hints and freshness offer aromas of citrus (lemon, bergamot) and white currant.
Perfect for pairing with traditional Savoy cheeses such as Abondance, Beaufort, or Reblochon.
